My Story
In university, working out transformed me from a scrawny kid into a strong athlete on the rowing team. But a serious cycling accident changed everything — I damaged my knee so badly I could barely stand for years.

Four surgeries later, nothing seemed to help. It was only through patient, consistent foundational exercises and good nutrition that I began to rebuild my strength and mobility. My knee still has its limits, but I’ve learned how to optimize what I have and continue living a full, active life.
Now, I help others do the same — regain strength, confidence, and independence, no matter their starting point.
